The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities provided. The location is fantastic, right on the beautiful beach of Albena resort in the southern part. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the summer heat. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is on the beach so you can reach the sea in a few steps. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The kids loved the activities organized for them. They also liked the pool.

The food was very good, well prepared and presented. Beer was great too. Nice location, near beach, clean rooms. We certainly will come back in a year or two. The staff was well trained, and good english speakers.

I strongly reccomend this hotel to all the people (especially to family with kids and second and third aged people) who wants to spend well all the money they'll pay for their vacantion, I mean that worth every cent I paid. excellent and lot of food, clean restaurant, they clean the room every day, change the towels and laundry at 2 days.

small closet, the room was small too (cca. 15 sqm +hall and bathroom), baut we have had good weather and we didn't spend much time inside.

Very nice and clean hotel with a well trained personnel. The swimming pool was clean as well and the food - excellent! We enjoyed very much our vacation and we will come back as soon as possible.

We recently stayed in a hotel located directly on a beautiful beach in the southern part of a resort. the views were stunning, and the area around the bathtub was perfect for relaxation. the staff provided many activities and were typically very friendly. the rooms were spacious and clean, plus the breakfast selections were abundant.

We encountered some staff members who were unacceptably rude.

The housekeaper stole a chocolate bar.

It's practically right where the sand begins. Very cheap, with nice sea view. Really liked that we were close to the forest too...nice green surroundings. Food was good for the All Inclussive thing.

The outside of the hotel needs some serious renovating. The hotel looks much better in the pictures. Also the snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner are really poor and rather tasteless.

The hotel's location on the beautiful beach of Albena resort is unparalleled. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were great too make me feel comfortable, even providing me with an extra quilt and pillow cases on request.

Very nice location, situated directly on the beach. The food was ok. It's a 100% hotel dedicated to families with cildren. Compentent and nice reception manager.

They will charge you with 5 LV for the parking. Also, at check-in time, a guy from the hotel will force you to carry your laguages in the room, expecting to be paid. The parking is quite an adventure as they have around 20 parking lots and 40 cars parked there. They don't have enough swimming pool sun beds. The all hotel needs to be renovated. The people serving you in the hotel bars are acting unapropiate, having bodyguards manners.
